Terms and Conditions

​​​​Refunds - Once your returned purchase has been received, it will be inspected and an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your item.

If your item is approved for a refund, we will automatically credit your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received your refund by the specified number of days, please check your bank account / credit card first. If the refund still doesn’t show, contact your bank / credit card company as it may take some time to process before your refund is officially posted.

 

If you have tried all of the above outlets and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at infor@schnarfgames.com.

 

Exchange – we will only replace items if they are defective or damage beyond our damages policy. To exchange for the same item, please contact us and then send your item to 17 Comet Court, Auckley, Doncaster, DN9 3PY, United Kingdom.

 

When returning the item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund if awarded. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Returns - We have a 30 day return policy in place where by if you are not completely satisfied with the product, we will offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in same, unused condition that you received it in.

​

To return a purchase, please:

  • complete the ‘returns form’ attached below this section

  • place the returns form with the game in the original packaging

 

We will not refund any purchases where:

  • the game is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

  • the purchase is returned more than 30 days after delivery.​
